ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Italy (48 hours):

  • €7.50 for orders up to €99.99
  • Free for orders over €100.00

European Union (excluding UK and CH) (2-3 days):

  • €10.00 for orders up to €99.99
  • Free for orders over €80.00

Other:

  • Australia: €50 for all orders (2-3 days)
  • North America (Canada, Mexico, United States): €50 for all orders (48 hours)
  • UAE (United Arab Emirates): AED 79.00 (48 hours)
  • Switzerland and United Kingdom (48 hours):
    Free for orders over €200.00
    €20.00 for orders between €0.00 and €199.99

Once handed over to the courier, orders are usually delivered within 2 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the season and the courier’s availability.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you used to register on our website. This email will contain a dedicated tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

If you haven’t received the email within a few hours after purchase, please:
Check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
Ensure that you have entered the correct email address during registration.
If you still cannot find the email, contact our customer service team.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you suspect that your product may have a manufacturing defect, you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing info@babumilano.com

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange (size/model).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
If you wish to return purchased items, you can contact us, and we will send all necessary information via email to organize the return. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
To start a return, please contact us at info@babumilano.com, specifying whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Return shipping costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the size of the Babú you purchased is incorrect, you can contact us to request an exchange for the correct size. We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request an exchange.
We will provide you with instructions to complete the return shipment. Once we receive and confirm that the item is in its original condition, we will proceed with shipping the new size.
