Shipping Timelines

• European Orders: Expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days from the shipment date.

• International Orders: Expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days from the shipment date.

If the Babú you selected is currently not available, you can email us at info@babumilano.com to inquire about creating a custom-made-to-order Babú. The production time for a tailored Babú is typically 3 to 4 weeks. Once the production is complete, your order will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned above.

Shipment Providers

Orders are shipped via local shipping agencies or international couriers including DHL/UPS. All shipments include tracking for your convenience.

Important Note for International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs charges, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price. Babú Milano, VIVAIO VENTURES SRL, is not responsible for covering these costs, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
