Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/change of size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@babumilano.com specyfing if the intent is that of an exchange or of a refund. 

Exchanges
If the size of the Babú you purchased is not correct you can contact us requesting an exchange for the one you think would fit better. We'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to complete the shipment. Once we've received your return and confirmed that the item is in its original conditions we will proceed with the shipment of the newly requested size. The exchange service is free of charge for all EU residents, we do not offer the exchange service to non-EU residents.

Refunds
In case you wish to return the items purchased you can contact us and we will share via email all useful information to organize the shipments of the returned items. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/change of size. Once we’ve received and inspected your return will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (N.B. shipment costs for refunds are to be borne by the customer).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and tailored made limited production products. Please be aware that we will accept returns of items correctly preserved in the delivery status, in details we will not accept used / modified items after they've been shipped. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.
